I am Chris Wicks a freelance web designer based near Cluny in the Saône-et-Loire (71) department of Burgundy, France. I offer affordable web site design for all types of small businesses including holiday accommodation and campsites.
Functional Design
I design my sites to be as functional, clear and as simple to navigate as possible, whilst still looking stylish. This enables visitors to the web site to get to the information presented quickly and easily with the minimum of distraction.
Custom Design
Each site is custom designed to meet the requirements of the client as regards layout, colour scheme and content. All my sites are hand coded in xhtml using css, this allows a greater flexibility of design and makes for a more efficient site.
Accessible Design
My sites are designed to be as accessible as possible to all visitors. Every site is tested in a number of different web browsers and are designed so that they will, if necessary, function in text only browsers and with screen readers. I also design my sites so that they are readable on mobile browsers.
